What is AOC?

Avodha has recently started offline centers pan Kerala and the initiative has been an enormous success. We decided to bring in yet another addition to our offline classes which is a full refund policy that applies to all students who are enrolled in our offline classes. The students can directly interact with the teachers and can clarify doubts on the spot by joining our offline classes.

Importance Of Vernacular Learning

A child's first comprehension of the world around him, the learning of concepts and skills starts with the language that is first taught to him. When children develop their mother tongue, they are simultaneously fostering a whole host of other essential skills, such as critical thinking and literacy skills. It is these skills that they take with them into formal education, any skills and concepts gained in the learner’s home language don’t have to be re-taught when they transfer to a second language.

The official list of the indicative salary is available on Avodha.com, please go to Avodha.com and Find the Avodha Offline Centre Button. Here you will find all the official Avodha Offline Centre Information. Please do not rely on any other source.

This column consists of the minimum salary offer letter that will be issued to the student after 3 months of classes failing which Avodha will provide a full refund of the fees. Please keep in mind the two conditions of 100% attendance (5% approved leave allowed for an emergency but classes must be covered via overtime) and 100% Interview Scheduled Attendance.

The student must ensure two core criteria. The first is 100% Classroom Attendance
and the second is 100% Interview Scheduled Attendance.

Physical presence in all Avodha Offline Centre classes and accurate and timely project submission.
Avodha Offline Centres are a rigorous program to create high-quality workers in particular industries and any kind of laziness is not tolerated. Class punctuality must also be maintained.

Avodha will schedule several interviews for you while you are studying at our centers, Interview Scheduling will begin from the third month of learning at an Avodha Offline center. The students must attend all interviews scheduled by the Avodha Placements Team.

Yes, you are allowed to take a leave of up to 5% of total class time which equal 5 hours of class time. Leave is allocated only for health issues (proper medical certificate and the prescription must be provided)
and for immediate family issues. The student must then attend overtime classes to make up for lost classes within 2 weeks of availing of the leave.

No, this is the most crucial part of Avodha’s placement process. The student must attend every single interview scheduled to ensure the landing of the job with the desired salary package.

You will receive active placement assistance and interview training, the same as all other students in your batch, however, you will no longer have the option to exercise a refund in the event ajob with a minimum salary package is not attained

The fees for the course are made up of a fixed monthly installment for the 3 months that the course is run, followed by a 7% payment on the salary received by the student as an Income Sharing Agreement which needs to be paid only when the student receives the salary. This payment needs to be made for 1 year after placement.

We do not want to burden our students who are working and so the 7% is calculated on the take-home salary of the student so that the payment under the Income Sharing Agreement does not become a burden for our students.

A student must complete 6 months of continuous work at the company he/she was initially placed in, once the student can do this, the Avodha placement team will use the 6-month Experience certificate from the first company to seek a salary increase at the original company or apply for new jobs with a higher salary package. The condition here is that the student must complete 6 months of continuous work at the first company and make timely ISA payments.

These two conditions. The first condition is that the student must serve in the first company for 6 continuous months and must receive the experience certificate from the first company. The second condition is that
the student must make the ISA payments for the first
6 months within 3 working days of receiving the salary every month for 6 continuous months.

Yes, in this case, the student will receive a refund on the 3-month course fee, however, the student will not receive a refund on the Income Sharing Agreement payment made during the 6 months of employment at the original company. Also, ISA Payments must be made within 3 working days of receiving the salary.

ISA Payments have to be made by the student within 3 working days of receiving the salary, delays in this will disqualify the student from the 6-month minimum salary or refund option.
